Arthur R. Lester is a second-generation realtor who learned early that every real estate transaction is a unique experience, and one must adjust quickly and accordingly.  He is a Florida native whose career began serving in the military. Arthur is a retired combat veteran that while serving earned his bachelor's degree in business administration. He’s been a realtor since 2004 and understands to remain current with the Clearwater/St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay market education is continuous.  He is a Navy Federal Preferred Agent, SIRVA Corporation Relocation preferred broker, Certified Relocation Specialist (CARTUS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE) and a Florida Notary.  Arthur offers integrity, hard work, energy, and creative service to every real estate transaction.
